Adult Day Programs
Our Adult Day Programs are Medicaid Fee-for-Service services provided to participants in order to assist them in developing, maintaining and improving their skills in daily living. Our staff will work with each participant to develop and implement a plan to assist the individual in working towards his or her goals consistent with the participant’s Service Plan.
Some areas of assistance include:
- Socialization
- Leisure and recreation
- Problem Solving skills
- Self-care and daily living skills
- Physical fitness and exercise
- Community access
- Communication
- Volunteering
- Emotional and behavioral skills
- Safety training
- Hygiene and grooming
All of our centers operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Centers are closed on weekends and holidays. For a tour of the facilities and the program, please contact the individual center.
